    We use UPS and provide you with tracking numbers. Your orders are proactively managed for you, so we plan ahead to make sure there are no delays or interruptions. If we are not on time, we will refund your portion of the payment.

    We accept most major insurances. Your copays stay about the same as your 30-day fill price at your local retail pharmacy. Shipping and all the other services are free.     Yes. All of your non-pill items like inhalers, sprays, lotions, ointments, patches and drops are provided inside the same box along with any medications that are taken "as-needed" (PRN). As-needed medications are provided in standard pill bottles with their own instruction labels.

    For most shipments you can waive the need for signature. We can also make this your default setting for all shipments. 

  • Do you ship controlled substances like schedule II pain medications?

    We can provide controlled substances such as schedule lll, lV and V medications. We do not ship schedule ll medications.

    If your doctor prescribes a new medication, we will send you a bottle of medication to get you to your next scheduled divvyDOSE. The next divvyDOSE will contain your new medication in your divvyPACKS with the rest of your pills. As always, there is no charge for shipping. If the new prescription needs to be started immediately, like an antibiotic for an acute infection, we recommend that you get it from a local pharmacy.   • What happens if my doctor changes the dose of a prescription?

    We will ship you a bottle of medication to get you to your next scheduled divvyDOSE shipment. We always work with you and your doctor to get the best outcome. Medications like Warfarin that require frequent dose changes are packaged in pill bottles with clear instructions on the label. We can always assist you in this process over the phone at 844.693.4889 live chat or email at help@divvydose.com.

     

  • What about medications with specific instructions?

    Every divvyDOSE comes with a divvyLABEL with clear instructions. Other information is available in your online dashboard by clicking the + sign next to each medication name.   • What if I need an antibiotic?

    We can provide antibiotics, but if it needs to be started right away. We suggest that you get these from a local pharmacy.   • What if I need a medication urgently?

  • What if all my pills for a dose will not fit in a single divvyPACK?

  • What if I forget to take a divvyPACK?

    If it is close to the time of the dose, you can usually go ahead and take the divvyPACK. If it is closer to the time of your next dose, you can usually take the next divvyPACK and skip the missed one.     Do not take the contents and contact us immediately. We store images of every divvyPACK that leaves our pharmacy, thus we can assess if there is any possible tampering that has occurred.

     

  • What do I do if there is an error?

    This should never happen. We stand behind our process 100%. If there is ever an error, please contact us and we will refund your cost of the medication in the affected shipment and process an overnight replacement.
